「The room was very basic but had all we needed. Overall the experience was excellent due to the ambiance of being in the forest, experiencing the bay, and seeing the spider monkeys. The food was pretty good and staff were nice. I can see where this type of stay might not be for everyone but we are very glad we worked Puerto Barilla into our itinerary.」

「property was beautiful and at a great location, however cleaning service does not seem to be taking good care of the place. towels, surfaces, showers, and toilets did not appear to have been cleaned in some time. it’s possible that the property had not been used recently, but the cleanliness was questionable.」

「たぶん、現在、ウスルタンでいちばん大きなホテル。駐車場もきちんとしていて、安心です。となりはガソリンスタンドなので、給油の心配はありません。リゾートホテル風のきれいなホテルで、受付の女性もとても親切で感じの良い方でした。ホテルで食事はとりませんでしたが、メニューの値段は、このクラスのホテルとしては、安くはないですが、高くもなく、まずまず良心的といえるかも。近くにレストラン等は見あたらないので、外で食事をする人は、車かタクシーを使うことになると思います。不満、不安ということでは、まだ新しいホテルなのか、設備面の不足が感じられます。エレベーターが動いていない（３Fの部屋だったので、あまり不便はありませんでしたが、４F以上だったら、ちょっとつらいかも）、働いている人の数があまり多くない（サービス面で不足は別にありませんでしたが・・・）、部屋でインターネットが使えないかも（自分は使わなかったので、確かめませんでしたが、少なくともWiFiの電波はとんでいませんでした）というところでしょうか。ちなみに、プールあります。」
