VILLA DE SA MARINA (FIGUEMAR) - Villa with private pool in Alcudia.

Welcome to this wonderful villa for 10 people, situated near the beach in Sa Marina.
The exterior of the house is beautiful, with a 5 x 2 m large chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 m, 4 loungers and the cozy playground area for the kids. For the lovers of summer open air meetings, there is one fully equipped porch with a fixed barbecue.

The house with 220 m2 is distibuted over 2 floors. It has 5 bedrooms; three of them on the ground floor with double bed (one with en suite bathroom with bathtub), and two on the 1st floor; one with two single beds, and one with one double bed, air conditioning, and bathroom with shower. One cot and one high chair are available on request. In addition there is 1 bathroom on the ground floor.

In the spacious, modern living room you can find one large sofa, bedside table, TV and wood stove. The dining area, in the same space, is equipped with table and chairsand. Both have lots of outside light and air conditioning. The separated kitchen with gas, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The area of Sa Marina, is a very quiet area surrounded by local people. In the area you can make excursions to Cala Voquers, La Victoria, etc. In a few kilometers you will also find Puerto Pollensa, Formentor, Puerto de Alcudia, etc.
In the Port of Alcudia and Port of Pollensa are restaurants for all tastes; fresh fish, good meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and Majorcan cuisine.

The old town of Alcudia, with its cobblestone streets, squares, the church and the walls surrounding the city, worth a visit. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town is transformed into a bustling and lively place. Do not forget to visit the highly recommended Roman ruins.

By car or bus you can reach very easily other areas like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor, Cala San Vicente. The town of Pollensa and its small church on top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half day excursion. To reach the Calvari with its magnificent views, you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
