If you’re looking for a place based on location this location is great. Walkable to everything. Close to the beach. A few things to note:1. You DO NOT have the property to yourself. There is a family that lives in an apartment in the house. We didn’t see them much but you don’t have the entire house to yourself. That was not disclosed in the listing we found out upon arrival. And had to ask the owner about it. 2. The downstairs shower BARELY fits an adult. So essentially you have one shower for 8 people. Not ideal. 3. The downstairs air conditioning malfunctions at night making loud sounds and ejecting ice into the room. Very alarming to be awoken by this. 4. The stove never worked. We asked numerous times, watched you tube videos and it never worked so eggs and breakfast foods that we bought all went to waste. 5. Small coffee maker with no pot. So it did us no good. And we could use the percolator because of point #4. 6. Batteries missing in the AC remotes. 7. Pool was nice. Outdoor furniture dirty and dated. 8. No beach towels but we bought cheap ones they are available everywhere. 9. Owner was responsive but his English is not great. Overall for the money I spent I expected much more. The house is dated and needs some work. They do give a nice fruit basket upon arrival which we appreciated.
