This wonderful villa offers spectacular exteriors. The green garden, the countryside and the mountains surround the house and a beautiful private salt swimming pool. The pool measures 9.4 x 4.2m and has a depth of 1 to 1.7m. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor breakfast area and a porch to enjoy a barbecue. In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outdoor sofa or to dine in the evening. For the little ones, there is a playground in the garden for them to enjoy playing outdoors. The house has two levels, the ground floor and the -1 floor. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, with TV-SAT, opened to the dining kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet. There is a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a bathtub on the -1 floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The property is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town centre.
