We picked this hotel because of it's position between the beach and the strip. The position was perfect, right in the heart of the area but not loud. The hotel itself was immaculate, the food was great and the staff were amazing. Allowed in before check in time, always helpful. The hotel was quiet and the entertainment was poorly attended but this was because of the excellent site it was in with so much going on you didn't need entertainment. Pool area so relaxed and could get a bed any time of the day.

Wunderbar. Sehr saubere Zimmer und täglicher Zimmerservice. Wir hatten Halbpension und die Auswahl an Gerichten war fantastisch. Sehr vielseitig und qualitativ. Gym auch super eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wirklich super und bietet viel Platz (Liegen sind genügend da, zumindest im Juni). Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung und würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!

Tres bon rapports qualité prix. Nous sommes venus hors saison et malheureusement cela se ressent sur la qualité des services. La note est peut-être dure mais nous avions fait un autre hôtel dans la semaine qui surpassait largement celui ci pour le même nombre d'étoiles.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir /zwei Kinder und zwei Erwachsene haben alles genossen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren exzellent, die Auswahl war sehr groß und das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet.

Excellent property for families! Great pool area, spa that kids can access, fantastic breakfast. The staff was super helpful. There is car rental facility on site. Tons of dinign options & entertainment foir kids in the area. Overall, fantastic!

Comfy bed and friendly staff, but I would never stay here or in a JS hotel again. This hotel really demonstrates why four stars don’t necessarily mean quality. The room had nowhere to sit, and even the desk didn’t properly fit without some rather creative DIY modification by the hotel. The real deal-breaker, was how difficult it was to actually sleep here. The “entertainment” is blasted out until 11pm, with ABBA tribute acts and other live music loud enough to hear clearly inside the room. If you’re retired and don’t mind staying up late, perhaps that’s fine, but if you need to get up early, it’s incredibly disruptive. It wasn’t just that I could hear the music, it was that is was incredibly disruptive. And even once the entertainment stopped, the balcony lights remained on until late into the night. The curtains are nowhere near good enough to block the light, so the room never really gets dark either. So despite having a comfortable bed, the combination of loud music late into the evening and a room that couldn’t be properly darkened made getting a decent night’s sleep surprisingly difficult. Friendly staff and a comfortable bed don't really count for much if you can't sleep. I could probably have overlooked all of that if I hadn’t paid more than I would have for several other hotels in the area. Having now seen those alternatives, they were considerably nicer and more modern than this hotel and it's photos had led me to believe.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was also always clean. The food had a great variety and check in was easy and friendly. Nothing to moan about at all!
