A beautiful beach and incredible sea views await you in Blue Bay! This charming sea-view flat is located on the first floor of a small complex with a lift and a large communal pool, complete with sunbeds and a lawn area, right in front of Puerto de Alcudia’s beach. The spacious balcony, which can comfortably accommodate four people, is perfect for spending long hours soaking in the breathtaking sea views. The balcony connects seamlessly to the cozy living room, where a comfortable sofa awaits, allowing you to relax and enjoy your favorite programs on the TV. Inside, you’ll find a recently refurbished kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, and a dining table for four, perfect for intimate gatherings or family meals. The master bedroom offers a double bed with panoramic sea views and direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The flat is equipped with air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort during warm days. Both the bathroom and a separate toilet have also been recently renovated to offer a fresh, modern space. The location of this flat is truly a highlight. The resort is peaceful, yet everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll find shops, bars, restaurants, the promenade, and harbor, along with plenty of leisure activities like bike hire and boat trips.
