The Sun is a lovely apartment located in the Port of Alcudia, just a few minutes walking from the incredible and wonderful beach in the north of Mallorca.

The apartment belongs to a small complex with a large communal swimming pool and grassy areas.
The property is located on the ground floor and has a furnished terrace with a table for 4 people and a barbecue to enjoy the good temperature of Mallorca. The interior of the house has a living-dining room with a sofa, another dining table for 4 people and a small kitchen with an American bar. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a room with a trundle bed and another with a double bed and direct access to a second terrace at the back of the property.
Both the living-dining room and the two bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, the owner provides pool towels in addition to bath towels.

We highly recommend this apartment in Puerto de Alcudia, close to the beach and good restaurants, cocktail bars and supermarkets, without the need to hire a car, and at the best guaranteed price!

There’s so much love for detail, a lot of space and it has everything you need and more. The hosts were very friendly, communicative and helpful. As it was off-season it was very quiet and peaceful. We felt quite at home, especially our little daughter enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

the flat was great, quiet location and really cute. superb location near the beach and supermarket. having two terraces was amazing we could really relax near the swimming pool and having really nice and private meals outside. the flat was extremely well equipped (even the beach towels!!) and the goodie bag on arrival was most welcome. the only improvement maybe having two tea towels instead of one ?

I was a little worried before coming as there aren't many reviews but i didn't need to worry. A fantastic location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A lovely quiet pool. The welcome pack on arrival was great. The washing machine, beach towels, plenty of toilet rolls and all cleaning products was an added bonus. Air conditioning was great. Walking straight out the bedroom door to the pool was lovely. The outside looks a little run down and could do with some paint. There was a bit of ant problem the first day but putting all food away in the fridge sorted it out.

Alle nötigen Verbrauchsartikel, wie Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln, Tees, Küchenrolle, Reiniger, Öl und Essig und vieles mehr waren vorhanden. Ein bunter Obstkorb erwartete und bei der Ankunft. Spitze! Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgte kontaktlos, was uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat, da wir spät ankamen. Vom Hafen Alcudia aus ist die Wohnung innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar, was für unsere Autoanreise optimal war. Sie liegt sehr günstig zwischen Tramuntanagebirge und Küstenorten in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit grachtenähnlichen Kanälen. Auf unsere Fragen wurde sofort, freundlich und unkompliziert geantwortet. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Wir haben in unserem Leben noch nie eine solch saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden. Selbst kritische Bereiche wie Mikrowelle, Backofen oder Spülmaschine sahen werksneu aus. Sogar unter der Couch und hinter den Schränken war es klinisch rein. Es war tatsächlich schwierig die ursprüngliche Sauberkeit bei der Abreise wieder herzustellen. Für alles eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten: 1) Die Steckdose am Bett im Kinderzimmer scheint defekt zu sein oder einen Wackelkontakt zu haben 2) Wenn viele elektrische Verbraucher gleichzeitig genutzt werden, vor allem in der Küche fliegt die Sicherung raus. Ansonsten war alles perfekt! Vielen Dank!

El apartamento está muy limpio y dotado de todo lo necesario: secador, plancha, menaje,productos de limpieza, toallas ... Además, tuvieron detalles de bienvenida. En cuanto a la ubicación, he de decir que está a 6 o 7 minutos andando de la playa y hay supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes en los alrededores

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment, located at the same time at the heart of Alcúdia while still offering really quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, everything was clean and well maintained and the communication was quick, friendly and very informative. Perfect for a familya group of friends.

One of the best if not the best place I’ve stayed in Mallorca. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacations, and fully stocked with everything. Very detailed oriented, great pool, walking distance from the Alcudia port and the beach Would definitely stay here again !

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung als Familie mit 2 Kindern (3+6) genutzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und super sauber. Alles ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und wir fanden uns gleich gut zurecht. Was toll war zur Begrüßung standen eine Obstschale und ein Verpflegungskorb mit Getränken, Keksen, Öl, etc. bereit. Es gibt eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und die dazu passenden gut schmeckenden Kaffeekapseln. Es gibt 2 Terrassen, eine zur Straße und eine zum Pool/Garten, jeweils mit Tisch und Stühlen. Im Garten gibt es zusätzlich 4 Liegen. Der Pool ist schön angelegt und kann von der Wohnung aus eingesehen werden. Er ist im vorderen Bereich recht flach (ca. 40 cm) und wird im hinteren Bereich tiefer (ca. 1,70 m). Der Pool war für unsere Kids das absolute Highlight. In der Umgebung findet man alles, was man so braucht, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Bars. Wir können die Minidisco im BQ Hotel empfehlen. Dort ist man auch als nicht Hotelgast willkommen, man sollte dann aber fairerweise auch die Bar nutzten. Zu dem tollen Sandstrand sind es auch mit Kinderwagen nicht viel mehr als 5 Gehminuten. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus oder in näherer Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Vermieterin war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am ersten Tag haben wir festgestellt, dass die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert, diese wurde bereits am nächsten Tag komplett erneuert! Leider war zusätzlich der Toaster defekt, aber 2 Stunden nach der Meldung hatten wir schon einen Neuen. Echt toller Service! Alles in allem waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und hatte eine Ausstattung, die unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen übertroffen hat. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht (Müllbeutel, Seife, Spüli, Kaffee Pads usw.). Zusätzlich stand ein Willkommenskorb mit Obst, Öl und Essig bereit. Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist, je nachdem in welche Richtung man geht, eher ungepflegt. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg. Insgesamt hat die hervorragende Ausstattung der Wohnung uns sehr überrascht Es gibt keine Verbesserungsvorschläge bzgl. der Wohnung. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Tisch standen bei unserer Ankunft eine Obstschale und andere nützliche Dinge. Es wurden ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Neben Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs und anderen Küchenutensilien waren sogar Weinflaschen und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen Zum Strand sind es nur gute 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Wir hatten im Juli 2021 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Alles hat gestimmt. Abstimmung mit der Agentur bis hin zur bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Ankommen und Urlaub genießen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr nette und zuvorkommende Nachbarschaft. Unser Tochter hatte sehr viel Spaß mit den Kindern vor Ort. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke IPM Mallorca für die reibungslose Abwicklung. 👍👍👍

Apartment is big with all new features and a big equipped kitchen with everything you can need to cook in abundance, even if you don't use the dishwasher for a couple of day you still have dish and glasses. The place has 3 tables where to eat so can decide each time where to eat depending on the mood or the time of the day. Garden has a table outside for dinner with a view on a shared swimming pool where to spend the day when tired from the beach that is few minutes from the property. All the locals and services are few minutes from the property including supermarkets, bars and gym, nicest place for the night is Alcudia that is 5 minutes by car. I stayed only one week out of my 4 week vacation in Maiorca and pity I didn't choose this for a longer time. Hopefully next time!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der unteren Etage eines Reihenhauses. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Anreise sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Hausverwalter wurde sogar ein kleines Willkommens-Paket (bestehend aus Salz, Essig, Öl, Kaffee, Saft, Keksen, frischem Obst) zur Verfügung gestellt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer kleinen Wohnanlage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Auch der Pool- und Gartenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Häuser innerhalb der Anlage liegen sehr nah beieinander, sind aber nicht hellhörig. Das einzige was uns zeitweise gestört hat, war das Bellen der Hunde der Nachbarn. Das Meer, der Hafen sowie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Einen Mietwagen haben wir nicht gebraucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter verlief problemlos und war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es war alles da, was man braucht - gut ausgestattete Küche, angenehme Klimaanlage, viele, viele Handtücher und diverse Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Spülmittel, Putzlappen, ... Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Garten und Pool sind klasse, vor allem wenn man mit Kind verreist und die Wege zu Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß machbar.
