「We loved our stay everything was very clean .」

「The host is quick to respond and ready to resolve any matter. I visited Albany to spend time with my kids. My stay was easy and comfortable. Everything I needed was available and easily accessible. It was like a home away from home. Good and safe parking lot. I love my experience. 」

「Host very warming and answered every call when needed. No problems at all other than the door lock sometimes but she handled it everytime!」

「Unfortunately the heat wasn’t working properly. Ended up checking out a day early - it was too cold to spend another night. I let the host know that morning that something was wrong; I had the thermostat cranked all night.」

「The apartment looks cute like it does in line but the smell was awful. It smelled like someone smoked in there for twenty years and it was musty. Had to open all the windows. The smell never left. The stairs are tilted to the left so was very nervous having my 80 year old mom on them. Tried to contact the host and was never answered. Called and there was no voicemail set up. The beds were comfortable but my niece slept on the very uncomfortable couch. There was no extra linens or blankets...

「Basic, clean apartment. Perfect for a quick mid-travel overnight with two kids. Host was communicative and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!」

「Decent home for the price. Communications with the host was mid. They only had 2 towels, we did end up bringing 2 from our hotel in NYC so there should be 4 now. Bathroom tub doesn’t drain well at all. The main kitchen light didn’t work, but there is some lighting to help. We didn’t figure out the heat system until our last night, just make sure all the units are at the same setting or it will not work. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay there again. 」

「It was very clean which is always my top priority. A short walk to the MVP Center. Older neighborhood but it looks like it’s on the up tick. Nothing you don’t see in any city. We were able to find parking on the street and didn’t have to move the car all weekend. We didn’t use the kitchen, other than glasses but it looked like it had the basics for what you would need. Overall, if we have to go back next year I would try to book it again.」

「host faciliated entry to the unit succesfully. Upon arrival, the closet required repair, but the workman never came by (across 28 days of stay).」

「Clean & cozy spot close to everything you could possibly need in Albany. It is a new property listing so there are a couple kinks being worked out still but the property owner was very attentive to making sure all needs were met. Overall was a very good experience & we would recommend staying here! We will be reaching out when we return to Albany for our future long term stays! 」
