Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 1 baño, cocina, comedor, garaje acondicionado y barbacoa con (kit completo de accesorios propios y necesarios para poder cocinar exquisitas paellas y arroces proporcionado por el propietario), aire climatizado de frio/calor, zona wifi limitada y con parcela de 450 metros, todo exterior, luminoso y ventilado. zona residencial muy tranquila junto a la población de Sant Carles de la Rapita, con una gran terraza acogedora para cenar y disfrutar de la fresca junto a las zonas ajardinadas. urbanización situada junto a una de las mejores playas de Sant Carles como es la playa de las delicias y el paseo marítimo de la localidad, teniendo en esa misma zona y a su alcance 1 gran Abanico y gran variedad de comercios necesarios como(lidl, caprabo y bon preu), farmacias, heladerías y centros de ocio. Estamos situados en los parques naturales que forman el conocido delta del Ebre para los amantes también de la naturaleza y las aves acuáticas, excursiones indispensables también por su belleza, para los amantes de la fotografía y de la fauna típica del delta a finales de junio que es la época más indicada para los visitantes de estas modalidades. así mismo podrán disfrutar de las calas situadas a pie de playa, pasear por la zona con su familia y amigos, disfrutar de infinitas actividades al aire libre , desde rutas en bici con zonas multi-aventuras hasta escuelas de kitesurf en las playas del trabucador, incluso simplemente disfrutar de un baño dentro de nuestra bahía de los alfacs en temporada baja, ya que es una zona donde el mar es más cálido de lo habitual en cualquier parte de la costa mediterránea. también disponen a 40 minutos en coche del mayor parque temático y atracciones de España y mejores de Europa (Port Aventura), donde también se encuentra el parque acuático para disfrutar de sus amigos y familia en (aquatic park). la oferta culinaria es amplia y variada por lo que no dude en visitar durante su estancia en la zona, los restaurantes más comunes y emblemáticos del lugar que le proporcionen un inolvidable recuerdo del parque natural del delta del ebre, ya que como sabrá existen los arroces más exquisitos de España, combinado con los deliciosos pescados y mariscos, ofreciendo platos de gran calidad y prestigio de nuestra bahía que harán una estancia inolvidable del lugar. distancia de playa a 10 metros, urb privada, tranquila y de fácil acceso a 500 mts de la población y cercana a las de Peñiscola (costa de azahar) y Morella (zona del Maeztrazgo).
