The Sea Belle by the Rio Grande | Private Spa & Steam

If you're looking for fun & relaxation, the Sea Belle has everything you need for a comfortable & unique vacation! Tucked away at the back of a compound at the end of a dead-end street, you'll feel like you've found a secret hideaway. The property boasts a luxurious spa atmosphere, with an entire shower room equipped with a steam shower and eight different shower heads, a hot tub, bidet toilet, & an outdoor shower. We carefully designed this space with both style & functionality in mind.
HOUSE MANUAL:
No smoking of cigarettes anywhere on the property, including inside the fenced yard or in the driveway. Please go off the property to the street to smoke. Smoking of marijuana is not allowed inside the house, but is okay inside of your private yard.

No parties or events.

Additional guests must be approved by the host.

HOUSE MANUAL:
Heating & cooling is controlled by mini splits -- one in the main living area & one in the bedroom. There is a remote on the wall for each unit. Select the mode (heating, cooling, or fan), then use the arrows to adjust the temperature up or down.

Ceiling fan in the bedroom is controlled by the black remote on the wall.

The two blue table lamps are turned on by tapping the base; there are different light levels that can be achieved by tapping multiple times. There are also USB charging ports in both of these lamps.

The cabinet in the living room has an LED light in it; feel free to unplug if someone is using the pull-out sofa.

Extra linens for the king bed & extra towels are in the bedroom closet. Linens for the pullout sofa are in the orange cabinet by the sofa.

Bidet toilet remote is in the bathroom. Toilet flushes automatically when you close the lid. The bidet controls only work if you are actually sitting on the toilet. We tested it, lol.

The remote for the steamer is on the wall inside the shower. Press the power button to start generating steam. Allow at least 10 minutes for steam to generate for optimal warmth & steaminess!

Shower has three options & is controlled by the three black knobs closest to the shower heads. Set the temperature with the knob with the blue & red temperature indicators. The other knobs control which shower head the water will flow from.

Outdoor shower is pretty self-explanatory with a red knob for hot & a blue for cold. The shower also boast a separate foot wash!

The hot tub cover is pretty easy to take off, if you follow these three steps -- 1.) fold the cover in half while it is still on top of the tub. 2.) Raise the lift 90 degrees. 3.) Slide the cover into the lift. 4.) Push the lift back down to its original spot, so that the cover sits on the side of the tub. (There is a diagram out by the tub too!)

Please note most of the indoor lights are on dimmers. And, there are multiple lighting options outside that will come on automatically after dark.

There is a shared laundry room in the building directly east of the unit. Look for the blue door. Code is 9274. There are two sets of laundry machines, directly behind the *white* door, immediately upon entering the building. Please do NOT attempt to go through the wood door or enter the apartment, as that is another short term rental and is private. The laundry room is the only shared room on the property
