  • Welcome to our charming townhome nestled in the peaceful Northeast Heights of Albuquerque, right at the base of the stunning Sandia Mountains. This quiet and comfortable retreat offers the perfect place to relax while enjoying everything the Land of Enchantment has to offer.

    Clean, thoughtfully maintained, and exceptionally well equipped, this townhome is truly a step above many others. Guests consistently appreciate the comfort, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere that make it feel like a home away from home.

    The home features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private ¾ bath, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed with a full bathroom nearby. A playpen is available for little ones, and the family room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

    The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home cooking, complete with everything you need and a large pantry for extended stays. Just off the kitchen is a spacious dining area with bar seating perfect for meals, conversation, or planning the day’s adventures. A desk and cozy reading nook in the atrium offer a quiet space to work or unwind.

This property is in excellent condition and very quiet. The furnishings are all new (May 2026) -- coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, hair dryer, towels and more. It is a couple steps down from the road level and inside there are 3-4 steps between the main level and the living room and master suite. Both sets of stairs have bannisters and are easy to navigate. The decor is warm, tasteful and homey, not bare like so many VRBOs, with games, puzzles, artwork and even a guest book. I hesitate to tell others how much we enjoyed our stay there because I want it to be available the next time we visit our kids!

Transparency: some out of town coworkers stayed here before I booked this place for another work trip for other coworkers. So being able to stay here, instead of visiting, was definitely the right call. This place is awesome, clean, roomy, and in a real ideal location close to the mountains, restaurants, and the interstate. The hosts were communicative and prompt with my questions (like how to lower the blinds in the living room, and if this place has a coffee maker— it does). Would recommend this place all the time and will stay here again if there is another work meeting needed in Albuquerque.
