This cozy 3-bedroom home is the perfect place to stay for your next visit to Albuquerque. Just a short drive from Balloon Fiesta Park, you'll be able to enjoy the world's largest hot air balloon festival without having to worry about parking or traffic. And with its central location, you'll be close to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the city.
This home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy all that Albuquerque has to offer. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and the large backyard is great for playing games or relaxing in the sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and the dining room seats up to 8 guests. The living room is perfect for curling up with a good book or watching a movie on the large TV.
The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a jetted tub, and the two guest bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also an office, laundry room, and ½ bath on the main level for your convenience.
The backyard is perfect for entertaining guests. There's a large patio with a gas grill, perfect for BBQs. There's also a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. And if you're lucky, you might even be able to see the balloons from your backyard!
Here are some of the things you can do near the home:
• Visit Balloon Fiesta Park: The world's largest hot air balloon festival takes place every October in Albuquerque.
• Hike or bike the trails at Petroglyph National Monument: This park is home to thousands of ancient petroglyphs, or rock carvings.
• Visit the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science: This museum has exhibits on everything from dinosaurs to space exploration.
• Take a walk or bike ride along the Rio Grande: This river runs through the heart of Albuquerque and is a great place to enjoy the outdoors.
• Visit Old Town Albuquerque: This historic district is home to shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

Perfect Place to Stay

Upon entering the property, my first thoughts were wow! The entire place was immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and flawless. The keyless entry was nice. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The hosts were a pleasure to work with and quick to respond and address any issues that came up. We had a dream vacation. I cant recommend staying at this beautiful home in a great location enough.
