Kitchen was full equipped; however you do need to take your own cooking oil etc. Beds were super comfortable, huge space to gather, eat, crafting, etc.. Overall experience was great. Will keep this place in mind for next time. :)

This property was lovely and better than the listing portrayed. Perfect for kids ages 5-10, the backyard was like a big sandbox but less messy. The inside was spacious, check in was easy, checkout was so easy, the neighborhood was great. We will absolutely stay here again.

The house was in a great, safe location close to everything we needed to do on that side of town. We had a family wedding at the Sandia Resort and didn't want to try to wrangle 4 small children for 4 days there. We were just a few minutes away from the resort as well as a few minutes away from my father in law on Montgomery/Eubank. There is a Trader Joes nearby as well as other grocery stores, restaurant and even a Kohls for last minute wedding socks :)

House is very large, kid friendly dishes,highchair,bassinet ,close to stores, right off the freeway, nice back porch with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset and watch the hot air balloons, kitchen is well equipped, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The two things I would change is a gate for stairs to keep little safe and it is carpet throughout. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Comfort, location, AMAZING!

In town with family for a retirement event. This sunset villa was perfect and so comfortable for our group. The property is in wonderful condition, well stocked, and perfect location. Highly recommend. We plan to be back to visit family and would love to stay again!

Weekend stay in ABQ

The property was overall good. Clean bathrooms and the home is nice. The air mattress was broken and leaking which was a problem. The location of the home was great, lots of good restaurants nearby. The communication with the property manager was good.

Perfect Family Stay

Our family had a wonderful 4-night stay at this home during the state basketball tournament in Albuquerque. We usually book hotel rooms for this week, but after staying here, we’re already planning to rent this home again next year!The open space made it easy for our family to gather and relax after long days at the tournament. Our kids especially loved the thoughtful addition of toys and books, which kept them entertained. My daughter was thrilled with the desk area, where she spent time drawing and being creative.The location was also a huge plus! It’s in a safe neighborhood and conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and the interstate, making it easy to get around town.This home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend it to families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Albuquerque!

Granddaughter birthday

We were in Albuquerque for the birthday of our four-year-old granddaughter and our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the location of the home. It was very clean and well put together. Thank you for prvoviding our family a nice home to stay in.

Whelan Birthday Celebration

It was wonderful. This property was walking distance to our daughter’s house. We were celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday. This gave us a place where my husband and I, our eldest daughter and our son could stay that was walking distance to our daughter’s home!

Great house and location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was convenient to nearby shopping and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We liked the open space and comfort of the house. It worked out great for having family visitors throughout our stay. Check In/Out was easy. The Host is friendly and responsive. Highly Recommend.

Homey Stay

Where to begin...This place was perfect for our needs. Several couples and individuals (total of 9) with another 8 family members and friends joining a long overdue family reunion. Conveniently located, close to shops, grocers, and eating establishments. I guessed the location was close to a family home. And it was just a couple turns and about 1.5 miles. This may not be typical, but well suited for our reunion. We had fun and pleasantly surprised looking at the availability of cook ware and table settings. All in attendance commented on the spaciousness and availability of amenities. The view was just a bit underwhelming. The removal of a dead tree would open the valley a bit more (located just past the fence), and the build-up of homes blocked the beautiful Sandia Mountains, (sad, but unavoidable). This is my first ever rental of this type. It will not be my last.

Great Albuquerque location

Perfect for small twice yearly small board two day meeting. All had own space and food could all be brought in. Very convenient/clean/great views/location.
