This spacious dwelling is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Albufeira by young people and groups looking to make the most of the beach, restaurants, bars and nightlife without needing to use a car.
On the exterior, the property offers a fantastic private swimming pool of 10x5 metres, surrounded by several shaded areas, 10 sun loungers and space to relax in the Algarve sun. There is also a pleasant terrace with a barbecue, a support sink and a large outdoor table, perfect for outdoor meals and summer gatherings.
Inside, the dwelling has a comfortable living room with sofas, television and air conditioning. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, extractor hood, capsule coffee machine and filter coffee machine, offering everything needed for a practical and comfortable stay.
The rooms were prepared to accommodate large groups comfortably:
• 3 Bedrooms, each one has two single beds and a bunk bed
• 2 of the 3 bedrooms are en suite, meaning with private bathroom
• 3 Bathrooms, the two in the suites are equipped with a bathtub and the third bathroom is equipped with a shower

The Yellow House is ideal for groups of young people, friends and lively summer holidays, thanks to its proximity to Oura Beach, bars, restaurants and Albufeira's famous nightlife. Because it is located next to the English Strip, there may be some typical ambient noise at night in the area.

• There is a device on the property that monitors noise levels to ensure the well-being of neighbours.
Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• Smoking inside the property.
• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.
• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
• Security guard callout due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Improper use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay.
Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.
