Positioned just 15 minutes’ walk from the beautiful sandy beach, you’ll have everything you need within easy walking distance. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Maria D’Oura has a fabulous central location in the popular resort of Praia D’Oura. You’ll be just 5 minutes’ walk from a plethora of restaurants and bars offering a lively evening atmosphere, while the sandy Praia D’Oura Beach is only a 15 minute stroll away. The neighbouring resort of Albufeira, with a host of cafes, shops and restaurants plus a beautiful marina, is around 5 minutes' drive or a short bus ride away.

Main pool: 8 x 3 mtr, 1.1 - 2.1 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
