It is situated on the first floor of the apartment building and can be accessed by stairs or an elevator. Sleeping up to 2+3 people, and including air conditioning throughout, free wi-fi and satellite television, this wonderful apartment has 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and overhead shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and utensils. The living / dining room is open plan and incorporates the kitchen in one comfortable and well decorated space. There is a balcony shared by the living/dining room and bedroom with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy a drink in the sun.

In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large communal swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building.

The property is very well located, as it’s in the Santa Eulália area, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.
