Villa Bermudas is a charming 4-bedroom holiday home located in Quinta da Balaia, just a 5-minute drive from the region's best beaches. With a relaxing atmosphere, it is the perfect choice for your holiday.



It features 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite), 4 bathrooms, air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa has two spacious living and dining rooms with comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels, and direct access to the pool and barbecue area.



Outdoors, you can enjoy the private pool (optional heating) and barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals with family and friends.



Located in a quiet residential area, the property is near Albufeira centre, Rua dos Bares, Praia da Oura, and Olhos de Água, with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, and golf courses.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
