The 'Algarve Sun House' is located in a private condominium with a swimming pool, in a premium location, just a few minutes from the beach, golf course, cliffs, Vilamoura, Olhos de Água, and Albufeira, while staying away from the hustle and bustle.

The house offers you well-decorated and cozy spaces, combining rustic and classic styles with the typicality of the region.

Inside the house, you will find a living room with a fireplace with access to the outside garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

Outside, a beautiful garden with a leisure area, barbecue, picturesque scenery, and direct access to the condominium pool.

Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- To check in, all guests must be 25 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €300 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.Extra services with additional cost:Transfers * Rent-a-car * Chef * Extra Cleaning * Concierge Service * Yacht Tickets * Diving * Boat Trips * Water and Theme Park Tickets * Extra Beds * Cribs * Highchair * Baby Stroller *
