Perfect for couples looking for intimacy and a real break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and, at the same time, having services that are easily accessible on foot: restaurants, shopping and public transport to visit the most emblematic parts of the city.

Modern and intimate apartment with a pleasant terrace, with a capacity of up to 2 people, garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access by public transport and to all leisure and shopping services, as well as its privileged location on Patacona Beach, will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.

The 55 m2 apartment plus 25m2 terrace has the following spaces:
- Cozy living-dining room with a large chaise-lounge sofa, HD-TV, access to a terrace with a seating area and an outdoor dining area.
- Large side terrace facing the sea equipped with a table and 4 chairs and a relaxation area with armchairs.

Patacona beach, in the municipality of Alboraya, is a must-see during your stay in Valencia.
It is the natural continuation of the Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its services in terms of leisure and restaurants.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war schön, genau wie in der Beschreibung und die Lage am Meer einfach toll. Gefehlt hat ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Einziges Manko war die Dusche, da schwamm das ganze Bad. Irgendwie eine Fehlkonstruktion. Ein Wort zum Kontakt: Das war echt Klasse, schon im Vorfeld, aber auch vor Ort war es sehr gut. Danke an Antonio.
