Located on Patacona beach, it is perfect for families looking to spend a wonderful break in Valencia. 15 minutes from the city center and the City of Arts and Sciences and just 25 minutes from the Albufera Natural Park. It has a swimming pool, playground, 2 paddle courts, social club, Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning.



Accommodation:

Comfortable south-facing apartment very close to Patacona beach, up to 4 people, it is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access to public transportation. Its functional design, as well as its pleasant terrace, swimming pool, playground and sports area will make your stay a relaxing and fun experience for the whole family.



The 76 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Cozy living room with sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace.

- Separate kitchen with an exterior gallery and fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle...).

- South facing terrace, where you can enjoy a dining area with 4 chairs.

- Master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed, large wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.

- Second bedroom for double single use equipped with two 90x190cm beds, wardrobe and HD-TV.

- Bathroom with bathtub and large sink.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwashing tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Nespresso capsules and 1 1l mineral water. (No replacements are made).

Patacona beach, Alboraya is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as in the winter. 100 meters from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, hammocks on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez...

How to move:

Just a few meters away from the apartment there is a bus stop (lines 19 - 94- N9 - 40), taxi and bike path.



House's rules:

- No parties.

- No Smoking.

- No pets.

- No more people than reserved.

- Groups of young people are not accepted.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities and neighbors.

- Respect rest hours, from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

- No garbage in the accommodation. The garbage deposit schedule will be from Monday to Sunday. (Organic. from 7 to 9 p.m.). It must always be carried out in closed bags and will not be deposited outside the container.
