The space
Welcome to Casa Gustavo, a comfortable Spanish home in the peaceful countryside outside Valencia. With three bedrooms and three private bathrooms, it’s a great choice for guests spending some time in the area who appreciate extra space and privacy.
Casa Gustavo is located on the grounds of Villa Torrent, between Torrent and Montserrat and surrounded by nature. Despite the peaceful setting, the location is surprisingly convenient. Supermarkets, restaurants, and other everyday amenities are about a 10-minute drive away. Valencia Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, and downtown Valencia can be reached in about 30 minutes.
The nearby A7 and A3 highways also provide easy access to Valencia, Alicante, Madrid, and the surrounding towns.
Casa Gustavo has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, closets, and their own private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The primary bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm (71 x 79 in) bed with a quality mattress, which can be separated into two 90 x 200 cm (35 x 79 in) beds upon request. The second bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm (63 x 79 in) bed, and the third bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm (35 x 79 in) twin beds.
The bathroom connected to the primary bedroom was recently fully renovated and features a spacious walk-in shower.
The living room is cozy and compact and includes a large refrigerator with a freezer. Directly across from the house, in a separate building, you’ll find your own fully equipped private kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Outside, you’ll have your own private terrace and backyard. The large outdoor dining table is a wonderful place to enjoy meals while taking in views of the surrounding hills and countryside.
You’ll also have access to Villa Torrent’s shared amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, yoga terrace, fitness equipment, and laundry area. Up to two free parking spaces are available on the property for Casa Gustavo.
And then there are Villa Torrent’s 11 chickens, so fresh eggs are part of the experience.
Who is Casa Gustavo for?
Casa Gustavo is a comfortable home base for up to five guests spending some time in the Valencia area. It’s particularly well suited for remote work, house hunting, temporary work assignments or projects in the area, staying somewhere during a home renovation, or simply living in Spain for a while.
With three bedrooms and a private bathroom for each bedroom, Casa Gustavo also works especially well for coworkers, friends, or families. Everyone has their own private space while sharing the living room, kitchen, terrace, and garden.
Working remotely from Spain
Working remotely during your stay? Casa Gustavo has fast Starlink internet and several quiet places where you can comfortably work.
When the workday is over, close your laptop and step straight onto your private terrace or into the garden. Enjoy dinner outside overlooking the hills or take a walk through the surrounding countryside and leave the workday behind.
Dog-friendly stay
Dogs are welcome at Casa Gustavo. The private backyard gives you plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors together, and there are several beautiful walking routes and natural areas nearby.
The host’s three friendly dogs also live at Villa Torrent. They have their own part of the property and normally do not have access to Casa Gustavo’s private garden.

Casa Gustavo is part of Villa Torrent, a spacious 2,100-square-meter (approximately 22,600-square-foot) property in the hills outside Valencia. The property includes Casa Gustavo, Casa Elja, and the host’s home. Each house has its own private garden, giving you your own outdoor space around your accommodation.
Casa Gustavo is located toward the back of the property and has its own private terrace and garden overlooking the surrounding hills.
There are also several shared amenities at Villa Torrent. The swimming pool with lounge chairs and sun terrace, sauna, yoga terrace, and laundry area are shared with the other residents of the property. There are additional shared outdoor spaces, including a lounge area and several places to sit and relax outside.
Up to two free parking spaces are available for Casa Gustavo, including covered parking under the carport near the entrance.
The host lives at Villa Torrent, so he’s nearby if you need anything or have a question during your stay. His three friendly dogs also live on the property. They have their own area and normally do not have access to Casa Gustavo’s private garden.
Your host knows the area well and is always happy to share his favorite walking routes, nature spots, restaurants, and other places worth discovering nearby.
Villa Torrent has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Your host also loves to cook, so don’t be surprised if something homemade or the occasional Dutch treat finds its way to you during your stay. Of course, how much interaction you’d like is entirely up to you, and you’ll otherwise have the privacy of your own house, terrace, and garden.
Other things to note
Casa Gustavo is located in the peaceful countryside outside Valencia. Having a car is highly recommended, as it makes getting to supermarkets, restaurants, Valencia, and the surrounding towns much easier.
The host’s three friendly dogs also live at Villa Torrent. They have their own part of the property and normally do not have access to Casa Gustavo’s private garden, although you may occasionally see them in the shared areas.
