"Awesome property in Riccia. Clean spacious rooms and bathrooms; great breakfast; and lovely bnb. GPS location in Riccia was slightly off but Serafino and Miriam were incredibly responsive and everything worked out great immediately after contacting them as they were waiting for us to ensure seamless checkin. Bellisimo!"

"Appartamento molto curato e arredato con gusto; spazioso terrazzino esterno, con tutte le comodità ( anche lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie). Molto apprezzata anche la presenza del box privato, anche se non è comodo per tutti i tipi di auto ( noi abbiamo una dacia Duster e ci siamo stati al pelo). Sarebbe opportuno un controllo alla serratura del box in quanto non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla a causa della difficoltà della chiave a girare ( nemmeno l'incaricata della proprietà ci è...

"While the evening staff was very welcoming and the room large, everything else in this hotel was extremely disappointing. The shower was tiny and the water flow was hardly a drizzle. The room was basic and the furniture - old. Breakfast was basic compared to standard Italian hotels, and most tables in the restaurant were filthy with leftovers and crumbs from previous guests. I definitely do not recommend this place. "

"Positives: service was fast and friendly. Nicola was very helpful of where to visit in LUCERA and help with luggage. Breakfast pastries were fresh and coffee great. Negatives: the location is a10 minute car ride to town and nothing is around (except unfinished building). Landscaping needs to be cleaned up to give the look from the photos. Any noise in the building is noticeable in the room, even chairs moving and low voices. I picked because of the positives reviews, which I think are out of date."
