In the heart of the mountain, Prat-de-Bouc sector, at the foot of the ski lift, we offer you this superb duplex located on the ground floor of the Grange des Roches. It has a capacity to accommodate 4 people.



It features a living room with TV and a sofa bed in 140x200, open to a dining area and equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, top fridge, microwave with oven function, dishwasher, citrus press, raclette machine...).



You can also enjoy a sleeping area on the mezzanine floor with 1 bed in 140x190. A large bathroom with shower and toilet will be at your disposal.



In the entrance, a large storage cupboard will allow you to store your belongings.



Central heating is gas-powered.



From this superb duplex, you will have ground floor garden access to enjoy the outdoors where garden furniture will be available.



You can use a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



Cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, broom, products...) are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board and a clothes horse.



You will also find just next to the building, the Buron de Prat de Bouc to eat and taste our Auvergne specialties.



All shops and services are in Murat, a village 10 km from this accommodation.



Non-smoking accommodation. Pets accepted with a supplement of 35 euros. No internet connection.



Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented on-site upon request.



Cleaning must be done before your departure. If you want cleaning to be done by our service provider, it will cost you 50 euros.
