"Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming"

"Karry was fantastic. Her home is amazing, very large and very clean and comfortable. We had 15 people traveling from New England staying at this house for our son’s wedding at a nearby venue. Plenty of room for all of us, everyone had a bed to sleep in and the outdoor space was put to good use by all of us throughout the week. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed for cooking. The location was perfect for us close to downtown Ponchatula and shopping. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to book in Ponchatula or any surrounding towns. 10/10!!"
