Room was clean but smelled of strong bug spray upon entry . Carpet had a big gap in it - wasn’t installed properly . The hot tub rail was loose and very unsafe . Also the pool flooring was very slippery . Staff at check in was very friendly . As well as the manager that made sure our room was completed - very nice lady . Anyone has entry to the hotel via back doors and the area around hotel made me feel unsafe

We came to Albany for the Shane Gillis show at the mvp arena. The room was past expectations! Best room we have ever stayed in. The very best part was the woman at the desk, Casey, she was so AMAZING! She was the best part of the trip! She was sweet and friendly and so informative! Definitely can’t wait to stay again!
