「We had. A great experience with the ranch house! It was roomy and comfortable. It was close to the area we were visiting.」

「very good place to stay」

「Quiet, and very well located for visits to Mineola and Lake Holbrook. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.」

「Very cute place. We enjoyed the view of the lake and swimming/paddleboarding. Not much luck on fishing but it was still beautiful!」

「Went to the most cutest coffee shop right down the block. Great customer service!」

「The house was spacious with lots of thoughtful amenities. Our favorite spot was the lake area and the front porch. We had 7 kids ages 1-14 all who enjoyed the lake. The water was wonderful and we loved the paddle board, kayaks and canoe.」

「Had a great stay! The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which was especially appreciated after a long day on the water. The coffee pot and Keurig were nice touches, and it was great to have coffee, tea, creamers, and filters all ready to go.」

「Great location, quaint place, looked just like the pictures, a step back in time which I loved. I was a little confused by the listing because I thought I was renting the entire house pictured, but I was actually renting a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Great location near down town, an easy walk. The host was super responsive to all my questions.」

「Great host and property」

「The property is expansive and the modular home on it was cozy. The price was great considering it was a last minute booking. My grandparents live there in Quitman, and we were able to have them over for supper because of all the amenities there.」

「What a wonderful place to stay! It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the deck in the rocking chairs. This house is close to Lindale and Mineola. Everything was exactly as it was in the pictures. We will definitely be back!」

「Charming. Cozy. Quiet and relaxing. Live it!」

「Very clean, awesome location beautiful view and the host was awesome. Will rent again!!」

「We had a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. Floors, bathrooms, countertops, etc, were clean. Linens were adequate. Location and parking were excellent. Home itself needs some maintenance. Water flowed non stop from water filtration system in the back. Gutters are full of debris. Shower handle barely hanging on in shared bathroom. Trash drawer needs replaced. Gaps in flooring in kitchen.」

「The house was perfect for our visit with our uncle who lives in this community! We had a plenty of room to come hang out after and was very convenient. We will definitely be back and rent again!!」
