The location is only a 10 minute walk from Son Bou, and a 20 minute walk from the beach - making this villa a great option for everyone.

Villa San Jaime View is a fantastic three bedroom villa, set in the San Jaime hills with magnificent, panoramic sea views.
There is a spacious and cosy TV lounge with feature fireplace, corner sofa and dining area. The area is bright and sunny and has amazing sea views from these rooms.
Fully equipped kitchen, including all the modern appliances typically needed, and more - with a lovely italian coffee maker.
The villa has one spacious double bedroom (also with sea view and built in wardrobe), one twin bedroom and one smaller twin bedroom.
Distance from the beach 1000mts.
Villa San Jaime View is currently undergoing a full refurbishment – up-to-date photographs coming soon, so the villa will be even better than before.
Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £500.
Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.
