  • I took this photo in Alanya, Turkey last June! It's a great view from the Alanya Castle walls! I loved walking by and seeing the beautiful, colorful sea. And the great Taurus Mountains in the distance. And all the lovely boats passing by. It was a very hot summer day, but the views made it worthwhile. And the sense of adventure! :)

For få elevatorer til så mange værelser, utilstrækkelig roomservice og kedelig buffet. Fællesarealerne indendørs er uden aircondition. Personalet var overordnet set meget venligt, værelserne i en rigtig god størrelse og lækker udsigt fra hotellet.

Detta är min fjärde och sista gång jag åker till Goldcity hotell. Extremt orent och otrevliga personal. Samma mat nästan varje dag. Personal som inte kan engelska. Hissar som aldrig kommer. Aldrig mer detta hotellet.

Well this year has been a year of many firsts and different experiences. After a world wide lockdown and different ways of living, I think most of us were in need of a quality holiday. After mulling over options with all the restrictions in place. Will it be statycation or risk going abroad with everchanging rules. We put our trust in Allah and decided to go Turkey and chose Gold City as our resort. Totally feel it was a blessed choice that was guided by Ar Rahman niRaheem. We took the risk and booked individually through websites on our own and got a deal of the century to start with. On Arrival The looming complex on top of a hill did really look majestic. We arrived at this sprawling complex of a grand hotel and surrounding villas and first impressions were spectacular. Due to Covid the complex was pretty empty We were given a pool facing apartment with a superb view of the sea as well. Apartment was Great. Pluses=Bath with a Jacuzzi, WASHING MACHINE,Balcony with superb views. Comfortable beds. Bath was leaking but we reported it and they repaired the issue so all was fine. There are lots of facilities at the hotel. about 5 restaurants, all were closed due to Covid. They had a burger bar on Lower floors, Enjoy Burger semi Gourmet, type burgers for around £4 to £5 pounds with Chips, Absolutely delish and totally reasonable prices for Hotel of this calibre. Loved the burgers here, ordered quite a few... just call us Elvis. They have a cinema, nightclub, spa and massage facil

Öncelikle çalışanların güler yüzlü olması yemeklerin lezzetli olması çok güzeldi denize uzaklığın sorun olacağını düşünüyordum otele gittiğim zaman öyle olmadığını gördüm her yarım saatte kalkan araçlar mevcuttu, bir tatilden daha fazlası diyebilirim. Tekrar görüşmek üzere gold city

Very good stay, but a little need to be changed

Not every staff's personel were kind, sometimes even unpollite and don't speak Engilish (only Russian); hotel situated very fram from city; simply rooms need some renewal; very noisy animations on the pool; take care of the rooms with view to main pool; very long waiting for elevators; otherwise everything excellent - foods, aqua park, design of hotel;

The right choice for your Holiday.. Gold city!

It was a very nice Hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. The beach is very close and the hotel provided transport to and from the beach. There is also transport to the centre at a good price. You can also rent a car from the hotel and there is free parking. The food was delicious and there is a wide selection of different dishes. The room was very spacious! Provided a safe, a washing machine and even a Jacuzzi!! There was amazing views from the balcony. The hotel provided for our needsand provided us with the extra bed. There are lots of swimming pools and the waterpark was amazing the entertainment program at night was very nice.I highly recommend this hotel thank you Gold City!

Lækkert hotel

Super hotel med mange lækre swimmingpools. Vi boede 4 personer i en familie suite, bestående af opholdsrum med udgang til fin stor altan. 2 fine soveværelser med hver deres badeværelse. Lidt bedre Wi-Fi er dog stadig at ønske.

The resort had guests mainly from Russia (or formerly Russian States) and hence most of the food were catered to their taste robbing my enthusiasm for authentic Turkish food. 2. Announcements, live entertainment and kids activities were all spoken in Russian and hosts were speaking in foreign language(Russian) which meant my kid was alienated completely from the group. 3. very few staff spoke English making it very difficult for me to ask for basics 4. On the day of check out, my 4yr daughter was stopped getting into the restaurant because she didn't have wrist band (the fact is she never had it from day one). Staff's attitude changed completely when I checked out which was hard to digest and made me more eager to get out of the place. Definitely not recommended for British tourists.

Meget beskidt badeværelse. Blandt andet afføring på toiletbrættet og sorte fuger i hele brusekabinen. Stort hul i væggen samt safety boksen var helt i stykker. Vi fik tildelt nyt værelse, men mindre og uden brusekabine. Absolut ingen wifi i nærheden af værelset, kun nede ved pool området. Vi brugte meget tid på dette, super ærgerligt.
