Very disappointed with hotel cleanliness and overall the condition - would never recommend this to anyone, also too far out from the airport. Nothing appropriate for the children ie, water slides etc.

My experience was that good to have a change but really the hotel is so dirty.Room service as it was on the paper was not done.Cleaaning inside was not done regularly.Its not a hotel which i can recomend to someone.never ever.The chef called me and he said that the money which he got from Expedia was not enough to give us food but he was going to help us.
I answered rudely because as a chef you cant tell your customers that you are helping us giving us food when we paid money.I told him to ask Expedia.I think they have to learn how to treat the customers.It was unnecessarily to talk to me as a customer because he doesnt know me.Am there to have fun not to feel guilty that i paid less and he was helping me giving me food.

Es war eine Katastrophe! Toilette tür lässt sich nicht abschließen,nachts sind wir im hotel angekommen es gab nichts zu essen nicht mal gegen geld. Allea war dreckig der pool stinkte nach urin die farbe war grün. Überall dreck. Keine getränke ausser Zuckerwasser mit farbstoff! Alkohol wurde mit Wasser verdünnt als wir sie darauf angesprochen haben war ihre Antwort "die russen trinken alles " Frechheit!
Jeden tag das selbe verganmelte essen . Hänchen mit reis in tomatebsoße . Es gibt noch soviel ! Wir haben draußen gegessen es war die hölle!

otel konum itibari ile harika bir yerde.manzara güzeldi.otelin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var,çalışanları samimi,cana yakın insanlar.tesisin yıldız durumunu göz önüne alırsak,yazlık dönemde sezonluk hizmet verdiği için beklentim yüksek değildi.Personel çok tecrübeli olmamasına rağmen idare ettiler.Sakin ortamda aile ile tatil yapacaklara tavsiye ederim.Otel çalışanlarına ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim.

Gå aldrig till denna hotel om du är ensam först och främst speciellt om du är en kvinna. Personalen är kapabla att ta ut sina mobil telefoner och ta kort på dig när du ligger o solar vid poolen. Äckligaste hotellet jag har någonsin bott i. Icke rena lakan och badlakan med massor av fläckar på, såsom mat, choklad, blod och allt möjligt. Fick lämna hotellet efter 2 dagars vistelse. Välj inte detta hotel om ni inte vill att er semester bli förstörd.

Check in at expedia in this hotel is 2 pm, but our room was ready after 3 hours wainting at lobby.
Rooms are awful. Dirty, on the walls is the fungus. Air condition not working. In the bathroom are spiders.
Lift was stacked between floors.
All inclusive formula - there is only one kind of alkohol avaible, sometimes beer, sometimes vodka, sometimes something special - nothing.
Food not tasty, we spend money to eat in restaurant in Mahmultar.
Wifi is only at lobby, in room not.

Total disaster!!!
2 rooms booked and paid via Hotels.com, but no rooms available when we arrived.
Staff not able to communicate in English, and a telefon conversation with the manager just showed that the hotel did not care at all. This was also clear from the way, that the staff was just laughing at us.
Called Hotels.com to get their help, but after spending 45 minutes on the phone (at a total cost of 80 GBP) with no solution, we decided to solve our need for hotel rooms, ourselves.
