Two story elegant home over 1800 sq. ft. Three bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and TV's, and 2 living rooms.

Main floor has a master bedroom and bathroom with a roomy walk in shower, a removable shower head and heat lamp.

The kitchen has an open concept with a large dining room table perfect for gathering for meals or playing games.

The upstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub/shower combination with a removable shower head. A cozy living room with a 55" smart TV. The upstairs also has a work desk that can also be used as a vanity to do your makeup and includes a magnified lighted mirror.

Laundry room has a full size washer & dryer.

Relax on the covered front porch and enjoy listening to the birds singing or enjoy cooking on the gas grill and eating at the umbrella covered table in the private fenced area.

First impression was that the entire home was very clean. The 3 King bedrooms were perfect for 3 adult couples. We had plenty of space to spread out, enjoyed making breakfasts in the kitchen, and was just a short ride into Alamosa for supplies. Karen (host) provided excellent, clear instructions on accessing the property and other details about the amenities, and shared recommendations on restaurants! Overall, we were very comfortable in this home, and can't think of anything that was missing!

Mission trip in Alamosa

This property was very well suited for 3 generations of our family of 6. Its quiet and scenic location within 10 minutes of downtown Alamosa was perfect for working at various sites in Alamosa and enjoyng its restaurants and Milagros Coffee shop.

Alamosa Getaway

This was such a great place to stay for our quick getaway to Alamosa! Rooms were spacious, clean, and full kitchen was optimal for meals at home. Location is also close to downtown Alamosa shops, cafes, and grocery stores. The Sand Dunes National Park is also a short drive away. I would highly recommend this location!

Great experience & wonderful owner!

This is hands down the best vrbo experience I've had! The owner was amazing and went a thousand miles beyond! The place is easy to find, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I cant say enough, it was perfect.

Great owner and attention to detail

The owner lives close and has tried to make this a great VRBO. We got to meet her and she was very friendly and helpful. The listing was accurate and was close to the downtown area. We would stay there again.

Cozy and comfortable

Great place for a visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Property owner is right there to answer any questions and help with any issues. She had many great dining suggestions. The house is cute and comfortable. Plenty of room for three couples to relax after a day in the park.

Great place to stay

We are 2 retired couples on a road tour of Colorado. The home was comfortable and adequately equipped for eating in and grilling out. Great location for visiting Great sand dunes national park. Also took side trip to Creede; a historical silver mining town. Communication with owner was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for family during graduation

We needed a place to stay during Adams State graduation, and this was perfect. The house is beautiful, well cared for. I always appreciate when VRBO owners take great care of their properties-it is such a treat to feel like we are in a home away from home. Also, the two livingroom spaces worked out well for various activities. Close to all Alamosa shops/restaurants. Would detinitely stay here again.

Great location between Monte Vista and Alamosa!

Very clean and a great host! Perfect location for us as we were in Colorado for the Ski-Hi Stampede Rodeo held in Monte Vista. We needed to make many trips to Alamosa, so it worked well for us. Quiet, quaint neighborhood. Bedroom with own bath on the lower floor and two bedrooms with a huge sitting room and bathroom on the upper floor.

Truly committed host

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The house was immaculate. Karen couldn't have been more considerate of our needs. Before our stay, she was very responsive to our questions about climate control in the house. During our stay, there was a little problem with our hot water and she was on it immediately and had it resolved in no time by a plumber.

The house was comfortable and clean. The host was friendly and everything and communicated promptly. Our stay was fine, but there were a few inconvieniences. The water leaves mineral residue on everything. There was quite a buildup on the clean dishes in the dishwasher. The showers had no soap. No hairdryer in the upstairs bath. No washcloths. The coffee maker did not work properly the first day and then quit working all together. The dryer was broken. The listing included a hot tub that was not there.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, well-located. This house worked well for our 4-day visit to the Alamosa area. Kitchen is well equipped, upstairs AC cooled well (and we hardly needed it). Host was responsive--overall, great!
