I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. While not a luxury hotel, it offered me a spacious and clean room, a comfortable bed, and the biggest TV I've encountered while traveling the past week. And breakfast was included. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Mexican restaurant next door is good, too.

Room not ready at 3:00 PM (3:30 PM). Overpowering smell of disinfectant made it hard to relax. Hotel needs a makeover. Bath tub and toilet were clean but stained from long time use.

Typical low end budget hotel. Its an older motel and room was kinda dirty; the price for the night was ok. Bed was comfortable.

Extremely noisy but clean rooms

The staff at the counter was unnecessarily rude and demonstrated attitude problems throughout. The room was comfortable and clean but you could hear loud train noises and honks coming from the train tracks which are in extremely close proximity to the hotel.

I would give them 0 stars! Don’t stay here!

This hotel was disgusting! When we walked in there was hair in the sink, the bathroom was filthy! I looked like the toilet has never been cleaned! And we didn’t have any hot water in the room!

The woman at the front desk was lovely. The property attracts and serves a community that is challenged by life. Very smoky in the non-smoking rooms. The room was clean.

Nice for a stop over

Nice motel. No frills, clean. Nice mattress good water pressure. Excellent, quick checkin. Was met at my room, checked it out. A/C worked perfectly. All was good. Was told any concern just let front desk know. Would stay again. Very reasonable. 64.00 total.

It was ok

The person that checked us in was polite. He offered restaurant recommendations when asked and even found our hats that fell behind the couch after we had checked out. The room was spacious and had 3 double beds great for a family. However this hotel is older and needs some TLC. The train went by 3 times the first night and once the second. And the trash truck came by before 5 one of the mornings. But we didn't hear anything from the other guests. I don't think this was a great value, but it did what we needed.

Refrigerator barely worked. Floor had debris all over it, didn't seem like it had been mopped in weeks. No laundry on site. It's a personal peeve of mine, but I do not like to see other peoples hairs in my shower, or stuck to the shower curtain, woven into the towels etc. This kind of room/hotel makes sense if your charging Rupees, but 60 American dollars a night is too much for what they offer.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it served breakfast. When we arrived 2 things happened. First, they charged an extra 3 dollar amount for paying with card that we were not informed about. When asked the receptionist said that it is a private property and can charge 25 if they wanted to. I agree they can do that, but they should inform about it because once you arrive there if you don’t want to pay a hidden cost it’s already too late to cancel the room… Secondly, breakfast… when we got there the receptionist said they couldn’t serve it because they were doing some remodeling. We told them that it should be also informed because we would have probably chosen another place. She ended up saying that she could give us some donuts and coffee between 7:30-9:00. At least it was something! But in the morning… surprisingly there were non… she said that it was a healthy issue because they had just painted the room and the smell was very strong to keep the food there… apparently the night before it wasnt… So it’s not about having or not having breakfast, it’s about being honest and transparent with your customers, lying is not a good marketing tool. So I will not choose this place again.

This property is majorly run down and needs some major attention. My bad experience started after checking in. When i drove to the back to park i was met with multiple people hanging out outside. We unloaded our stuff and went to our room only to find our keycard to be inop. Attempted multiple times to get the lock to work but was unsuccessful. I had to go to the office multiple times to "reprogram" key. Still did not work, the lady at the front desk had to physically open the door for ke anytime i was going to leave the room. Very unhappy with stay and left the next morning. It was very hard to find other accommodations because there was an airshow at the Holloman afb. Save yourself the headache and stay here

Room very basic, if that's all you're after then this is for you. Dated rooms, fridge in a cupboard feels hot and makes strange noise, i got it turned off ( possible standard fridge been placed in a confined space. No tea / coffee making facilities in room

There is a train track that runs right by this motel and it beeps its horn at ALL hours of the night. I do think though this whole town probably has this same problem not just this motel.
