كان قبل سنتين جميل ونظيف واهتمام فى جميع المرافق ... الان مع الأسف سى جدا قلة اهتمام من الادارة بالمحافظة على المرافق أسرة واثاث متسخ دولاب ملابس لاينفتح الا بشق الانفس ازالة الألعاب المائية الموجودة سابقا بالمسبح. يدخل من هب ودب من غير النزلاء يدخلون من جهة الشاطي ويسبحون بالمسبح مع النزلاء دون حسيب او رقيب لايوجد امن فى الموقع ولا مراقب اطفال عند المسبح .... اغلاق السوبر ماركت عدم توفير الكوادر من الايدي العاملة الكافية تجد عامل ميني بار فى اللوبي يشتغل فى المطبخ وتنظيف طاولات المطعم فى الافطار ، تحتاج صيانه فى الغرف تتصل حاضر حاضر اخرج وارجع للشالية اخر اليوم لم يحضر لك احد مع الأسف . نزلت مده ثلاث ايام لم يحضر عمال نظافة الغرف نهائي تطلب سرير اطفال ومناديل للغرفة يتأخر احضارة ساعتين بحجة عدم وجود عمالة يجب إعادة النظر والاهتمام اكثر من الادارة فى حال رغبتهم المحافظة على العملاء مع الأسف حرام ريال يدفع فيه تعتبر اخر زيارة لى للفندق .
