From the moment you set foot in the residence, the staff cannot do enough for you, and go the extra mile to make you feel like a rock star. They all know your name, maybe in part due to the small number of guests, but they will all welcome you with a greeting and smile. The residence has a swimming pool, and a sports bar where you can indulge in a game of pool, darts, and fussball, that also doubles as a café which will serve you the usual burgers and pizzas, along with other delights such as a Thai green curry and tempura prawns. The main restaurant will serve you a decent breakfast with an egg station to whip up any type of omelette, and also doubles as the main dinner venue. There is also a padel court and other activities to keep you occupied should you find the need. The onsite gym is well stocked with plenty of equipment - more than enough to create a decent workout whether it's weights or cardio. The rooms are of a good size and more like a small apartment with an outside terrace, a separate living room, bathroom, and bedroom, and also a small kitchenette where you can make tea and coffee if you feel the need. The whole residence is spotlessly clean with staff visibly cleaning and sweeping constantly. If you find yourself on business or even as a tourist in Al Ula, Cloud7 should be at the top of your list for a home from home and well worth a visit to find comfort and relaxation."
