The main hotel and it's facilities are first class - with excellent restaurants and pool facilities. Nice artificial beach - 'swim up' bar, etc. Easy access to adjoining mall. Central location. The main bugbear was that having booked a 'Classic Studio' - it was not apparent to me (unless hidden somewhere in the small print) - that we would not be accommodated in the main hotel - but in a nearby annex more akin to a residential apartment building. It was great place to stay. It is a large suite.

Our 5-night stay was wonderful! The hotel was centrally located for all our needs...including our New Year's Eve festivities. The staff was attentive and very professional. I especially liked the fully-equipped kitchenette in the room... we made good use of it and were able to eat-in a couple nights. What a savings!! Overall, everything was lovely. For our next visit to Abu Dhabi, we plan to make reservations again at the Majlis Grand Mercure Residence.

Great staff who made you feel welcome. I knew for a fact that I got on their nerves always wanting something at one point or another but they did not for one second let me see that they may have been annoyed. Very clean, quiet hotel. Valet was also polite and a delight. They made me feel special on my birthday. This is hands down by far the best hotel I have stayed at. I rate this hotel a 10.

everything was excellent

The bed & coverings were GREAT. This is my favorite hotel because it’s reasonable & the staff is great!!! I left a Computer Stand & they found it & notified me.

From a trip to trip during last three years,this hotel stay the best choice between all other hotels in the UAE ,which I had tried.

The beach was expansive, beautiful and quiet compared to Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, which was quite busy.

We were there for one night only (sad, would have loved to stay longer in this hotel). We got an upgrade, and the reservations also very easily changed a non-refundable reservation from one day to another, when our plans had changed. The room I had was nothing short of an excellent suite, living room, kitchen, bathroom, additional toilette, great seating, and additional table in the living room.
