"I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafés.
