「We booked voco Muscat Al Mouj for a one-night transit stay after landing late at night, opting for a value-for-money option before moving to our primary luxury hotel. Initial impressions were great. Check-in at 11 PM was smooth, and the front desk staff were welcoming enough to offer a room upgrade. The lobby was very modern, clean, and stylish, and the location was super convenient - just a short drive from the airport. Unfortunately, what should have been a flawless budget stay turned into...

「Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. 」

「Private beach and impressive entrance foyer. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed day tour organized by concierge.」

「Indian restaurant food is tasteless due to overspicing, and premises are run-down and dingy. Staff is scruffy and check-in is slow. Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. Corridors are hot and run-down. This hotel has evidently seen better...
