「One of worst places to be in the city! First, nobody knows how to get there - after, the door man had told us that everyone find it impossible… The place is sad, there are no bath towels for all guests, no pillows, no e tea toilet paper… On top of it, it is the most unpleasant unit I have ever slept in all my travels! Zero from start to end… 」

「The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels.
