When visiting this area, we will not be staying at this property again! When we pulled into the parking lot, the outside was dirty and the building looked run-down. At the entrance there were some supplies that were sitting on the ground that appeared to be for some type of renovation/improvement. They had obviously been there for some time because there was lots of trash and dirt on and around them. Once we entered the building we received a welcoming smell of weed. The gentlemen working the front desk were friendly and also welcoming when coming back into the hotel. Arriving to our room, the room had a musty smell combined with wet dog. The sheets appeared clean but the one comforter had dirt marks, the carpet needed a deep clean/replaced, and the walls had many dirt marks. We were woken just after 8am by housekeeping vacuuming and setting off a fire alarm twice.

The pictures don't match the property at all. A lot of construction was going on as well. They had some serious sketchy people there, had a guy wearing a bandana over his face constantly asking to buy him food(would literally follow us out to our car). The price was okay for the most part giving the way the hotel and room was. Read online it was a $150 security deposit but when we got there is was actually $50. At this point there was a mix of pros and cons. Like the breakfast included part, my father really loved it since he's an early bird.

When arriving to the hotel we thought it was closed, because the front doors had construction signs all around. When you walk in its very dark but smells clean. The first night there was someone passed out on the driveway from drugs that was taken by ambulance. 2nd night we found needles on the ground next to our hotel. Another time 2 doors down someone was yelling to other person about their cheap junky high. The breakfast was basically nothing. They had bagels but nothing to put on it, 2 types of cereal, the worst coffee ive ever had and waffles. The last night we were there we needed towels and the front desk person said we had to wait until the next day for house keeping but we were leaving. Do not stay here unless you are looking for drugs and an awful time.

It was hot in the room the air keep going on and off and that was little bugs fly around the room and I asked for a refund for the next night they said no I was very upset so I will not be staying there any more so when I asked for a refund they just said No and they did not tell me why . Was a little scared when I pulled up. However they were working on the front entrance. The person who checked me in was very nice. Lobby and hallways were old out dated. Room was actually comfortable. Beds and sheets were very comfortable and bathroom was remodeled and clean! I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay again.

Staff was polite and addressed the noise complaint. Property was somewhat rundown. Hair in the shower, so not clean. Few amenities in the bathroom, not even kleenex. One single bath towel. Bed was comfortable.

It was a great place to rest. Workers were helpful. They have some entry area construction, so entry and exit with suitcases was more difficult.

We paid for a king bed and only got a queen. They refused to credit us for the lesser room. Room also smelled like weed. Door only 1/2 painted

Plugged up bathtub/shower. Water does not drain. Broken shower curtain rod holder. Its just hanging there by two screws, ready to fall off. No toilet paper holder rod. The toilet paper is just sitting on the back of the toilet. Damaged cabinet where the refrigerator is. The door does not close. You really need to hire a maintenance person!!! And the breakfast option were terrible. Two bad apples, 3 peach yogurts, waffles or cereal.

We stayed here over the wizarding Weekend in Kent because it was one of the few places with openings at that point and reasonable priced. Even for that price though, we were still kind of disappointed. The shower curtain was gross and needed replaced or bleached at least, the tub had stains, and other areas looked barely cleaned. The hotel definitely needs some updates, you can tell a lot of it is really old. The beds were comfortable, and we didn’t have any issue with noise. The breakfast was mostly grab and go except for the waffle maker.

The staff at this property was extremely friendly and very helpful. I traveled with two young children and two elderly parents and the staff really helped out with extra attention to us. Very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The smoke detector was broken and hanging from wires, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, missing hardware and had no toilet paper holder. The furniture was broken, scratched and not square. The Lobby was nice, breakfast was not.

We never even stepped in the lobby. We got to the parking lot and the actual hotel looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. There building was dirty looking and old. The parking had all kinds of people hanging out in it smoking and drinking. We left and went across the street to stay.
