「One staff seemed busy when I talked her about check-in. She turned a bit upset and told me I have to wait until 3pm. But my room was ready actually. My point is that she shouldn't depend on her feeling . ※ She strongly told me YOU HAVE TO WAIT! 」

「It's a nice guest house. Everything excellent. It's clean and convenient to stay with kids. There is kitchen. You can prepare your food if you are tired of the Georgian food.」

「The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service. Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee...

「Loved the staff. They were extremely kind and helpful. The architecture of the hotel is great and the location is perfect. 」

「Hotel is not on Google maps, hotels.com coordinates are in a river. When I tried to call them, they hung up because I spoke English and thereafter denied my calls. Money out the window. Had to book another hotel」

「Clean room and pretty property. Off season so maybe that is why they did not have heat. No coffee in room. Breakfast was ok. Too far away from everything. The other properties I stayed at in Georgia have been much better. 」
