The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the ground floor.
To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal:

You can also enjoy a terrace and a pleasant garden.
## Access
A welcomer will greet you in front of the building at the scheduled time, hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 24 hours before your arrival.
## Interaction
From your booking request, to your stay at the facility and right up to your departure, the concierge team will be at your service from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 6 days a week. You can contact us directly through the Airbnb platform or by phone at the number listed on the profile. We will do everything to make your stay a successful experience.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is very close to the shores of Lac du Bourget in Aix-les-Bains.
Welcome to one of the best places to live! Aix-les-Bains is a spa town located on the shores of Lake Bourget in Savoie. In the past, it was one of the favorite resorts of the princely and aristocratic families of the Belle Époque.
Today, it retains a peaceful atmosphere where swimming, sailing and golf are often practiced. The town has several emblematic monuments such as the Roman remains of the Temple of Diana, adjacent to the town hall, and the Belle Époque style Château de la Roche du Roi. Dating from the 12th century, the Hautecombe Abbey, on the opposite shore of the lake, is home to a royal necropolis. Nearby, Mont Revard offers mountain biking trails, and downhill and cross-country skiing.
You will find yourself close to a bakery, a tobacconist, several restaurants and the famous Esplanade du Lac where you can walk admiring the shores of the Lake.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
This high quality accommodation will offer you all the necessary comfort, it will be ideal for 2 however it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Network reception from some telephone companies can be difficult inside the home.
An alarm system is installed but not in service during the travelers' stay.
