The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed for one night when driving through. Was ok for that. The floor and rooms were suuuuuuper hot!! Thermostat read 27 C! Had to keep sliding door to balcony (nice balcony!) wide open all night to maintain a survivable temperature. Cleanliness of bathroom could have been better, between the rails of the towel rack was very dusty.

Nice location, bad experience

Check-in with the guy was good. The room was not good; airconditioning did not work while we were on the top floor and it was 31 degrees outside! Toilet kept flushing, it was very annoying. The door key did not work, so for 2 days in a row we had several issues. Some ligths were not working properly. Patricia from the reception was very nice and helpful. However I would not recommend this hotel

On a même pas pu profiter de la piscine elle était très très froide et quand je leur et dit on est venu pour sa on et dessus la réponse a été que il on eu un souci dans la semaine que sa allait chauffer sof qu’on partait son avoir profité ils auraient dû prévenir car très déçu

Hôtel très appréciable, tout près du lac, et à proximité de restaurants. Grande chambre, bouilloire, café et thé, petit frigidaire. Piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, restaurant en Rooftop. Une adresse à ne pas oublier !!!

Bien sans plus

Hotel sympathique et bien situé. Par contre pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, il y a quand même des choses a revoir dans certaines chambres, le support serviette qui tient par miracle, la robinetterie de la douche qui ne tient pas... J'ai été très surpris au petit déjeuner d'avoir un miel de chez Metro ou autre mais surtout pas français et à la composition douteuse, rien de local c'est très dommage
