Hello We rent our house during the summer holidays. A lovely, quiet, semi-detached family townhouse with a terrace, garden, and plunge pool. Very open surroundings, no overlooking neighbors, a haven of nature and greenery. Two parking spaces in front of the house. Located near the historic center of Aix-en-Provence (10-15 min walk; 5 min by bike, 5 min by bus). Pont de Béraud district, near the Cézanne high school; Area: Avenue Jean et Marcel Fontenaille PGJyPg PGJyPg Neighborhood life within a 3-minute walk: grocery store, butcher, newsagent/tobacconist, hairdresser, café. PGJyPg A 5-minute walk: large supermarket. PGJyPg PGJyPg Ideal for a family with 3 children (4 possible), 4 bedrooms. Our personal bicycles are available for use (subject to conditions), ideal for getting around to the city center (Aix market, visiting the city and the surrounding countryside). Electric griddle on the outdoor terrace (barbecues and open flames are prohibited due to fire hazards), refreshing plunge pool (small pool 3m x 2m; 60cm deep). Attention! No special protection, no barrier or curtain to prevent access to the water in this pool. Air conditioning upstairs for the 3 single bedrooms; the double bedroom on the first floor remains quite cool. Outdoor furniture: dining table and 8 chairs, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and 2 deck chairs. A great cultural season in Aix-en-Provence with the Cezanne2025 year!
