About this property

LA MAISON M, contemporary & cozy, Aix-en-Provence

  • Contemporary and warm house 250m2, on large wooded land, in a quiet residential environment, 2 minutes walk from the Country Club (tennis, Padel).

    Modern, functional, spacious, and bright, it is located 5 minutes from the historic center of Aix en Provence. We are in the immediate vicinity of the Country Club (tennis).
    It is our main accommodation, equipped with an effective cooling floor on the first floor and upstairs.

    The house is south facing, it has 5 bedrooms. It is composed of:
    - on the first floor: an open kitchen with central island, dining room, living room, 1 master suite: bedroom (bed 160) with shower bathroom, toilet and bath. Also on the first floor a laundry room, a children's lounge and a separate toilet.
    - upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 160, 1 bed 90), separate toilet, two bathrooms one with bath, one with shower. Terrace of 35 m² upstairs.
    - Fully fenced landscaped garden, 4000m2.
    - Large swimming pool (13x5.5m) secured by a shutter. Exotic wood deck. Sunbeds
    - BBQ, plancha
    - For leisure: trampoline, ping pong table, bicycle. Tennis and Padel in the immediate vicinity.

    It is an ideal house for holidays with family or friends.
    We are 5 minutes from Aix, 4 minutes from Puyricard, 2 minutes from Célony, close to bakeries, market gardeners, caterers, newspapers....

    For walks: Montagne Ste Victoire; creeks (Marseille or Cassis); Regional Natural Park of the Luberon, Alpilles, and Verdon.

    Transportation
    50 m from a regular bus line serving the centre of Aix en Provence.

En Provence

On arrival I was greeted by the owners who took time to show me around and tell me how how everything worked. They were very friendly and helpful. The villa and gardens were of a high standard, clean and well maintained. Some sunbeds were stained and had ripped covers and probably need replacing. The toilet seat in the ensuite was wobbly but the overall quality of the villa was of a good standard. It was in a great, quiet location but just 15 minutes from Aix and a 5 minute walk to the Country Club which served good cuisine.

Séjour à Puyricard

Descriptif de la demeure conforme à nos attentes. Villa très agréable et très bien entretenue. Un extérieur et un intérieur fonctionnel et très bien décoré avec une superbe piscine. Et pour couronner le tout, la propriétaire est charmante. Merci pour ces délicieuses vacances

Magnifique propriété

Nous avons passé 2 formidables semaines. La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques (encore mieux que sur les photos). La maison est grande, très propre, bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est grande et très agréable. L'environnement est calme. Aix-en-Provence se trouve seulement à 15 mins en voiture.

Excellent séjour

Propriété très design, bien entretenue et très pratique pour une famille avec enfants. Piscine très agréable et sécurisée. La proximité avec le centre d’Aix est en vrai plus. Propriétaires des lieux très sympatiques ainsi que les personnes en charge de l’accueil et de la logistique (entretien jardin/piscine). @bientôt ;)

Séjour à la Maison M à Aix du 26 juillet au 10 août 2017

Réalité tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Paix et tranquillité à 5 minutes du centre d’Aix. Jardin magnifique et piscine XXL. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à un point tel que le jeunes n’ont même pas maugréé contre la piètre couverture wifi ou 4G liée à l’indigence de l’infrastructure publique et nullement au fait des hôtes. Heureusement nous n’avions pas emporté de travail. Location à recommander.

Super sejour entre amis . La maison est confortable, facile à vivre, jolie. Chacun y trouvait son espace. Le coin piscine est top. Le grand calme, tout près d'Aix.

COCON SPACIEUX ZEN ET CHALEUREUX

Nous sommes restés 15 jours en famille 'élargie' (nous étions 9, 4 adultes, 5 enfants) dans cette superbe propriété. Très spacieuse, nous avons pu profiter au maximum du lieu, et des uns, et des autres. Autre chose à signaler : je m'y suis très bien sentie ! La maison est chaleureuse, les ondes sont bonnes :-) OUI je recommande vivement cette location.
