This recently renovated property was easily 4 star. In a “suburban” neighborhood where Cezanne grew up, was married and lived. It is near excellent restaurants and walkable to downtown. Staff knowledgeable and helpful.

Modern on a tree-lined walkable old street

Great location, wonderful staff, completely new furnishings both in the rooms and the public area. Loved the generous breakfast buffet. Fabulous location on the edge of the old city on a tree-lined street. Shops, restaurants, even laundromats practically at the doorstep. For an extended stay, the only drawback was lack of a refridgerator in the room.

Overall this property was good. Location was convenient to the city center. The train station details were confusing. (Was told 10 minute walk) However If you come in on the TGV train, you will need a taxi for $30-50 euros and it’s 20 minutes by car. So not sure which station they mean is walkable but the high speed train station most definitely requires extra time and money.

Nice hotel, no hot water or water pressure

This is a lovely hotel in a good location with nice staff, however the water pressure on the third floor was non-existent regardless of the time of day and there was no hot water. The shower was literally a trickle of cold water.

旧市街にも近くロケーションは抜群。部屋も清潔できれいで朝食も美味しかったです。唯一、到着時（21時頃）にホテル前の道路が通行止めで、駐車場を探すのにかなり手間取った点だけが残念でした（結局、徒歩で5分ほど離れた公共駐車場に車を停めました）。車（レンタカー）で訪問する人は要注意です。

Plenty of walkable areas to shop and dine room, was clean and quiet. Breakfast $15 per person was okay. staff where nice. Parking is a bit of a trek 10-15 min walk. Plenty to do and see. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked that the hotel was quiet and clean, in a safe, central location,and just a 2 minute walk from the Cours Mirabeau. The staff was especially friendly and helpful - And the breakfast was Wonderful!

Property was close to town . Lovely hotel, Elise the Concierge was above and beyond accommodating. There's a pole in street before hotel, you must request it be lowered , call hotel, so you can drop your bags.

T.b, placé à côté des termes d'Aix en Provence et du centre ville. Bar en rooftop très sympa avec happy hour et petit déjeuner excellent. personnel très sympathique. Un bémol : la chambre solo un peu petite et qui donne sur une cour intérieure, où l'on est visible si on ne ferme pas le volet.
