The villa, facing south, consists of a 60 m2 kitchen living room opening onto the garden and the 11m by 3.70m salt swimming pool, secured by flexible barriers. Two parental suites, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room and 3 toilets can comfortably accommodate 8 people and 1 baby.
