Welcome to this stunning new beach house, where breathtaking ocean views of the Aireys Inlet lighthouse create the perfect backdrop for your coastal getaway. Ideally located just moments from the beach and a quick walk to the Aireys Inlet pub and the renowned A La Grecque restaurant, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

The property is meticulously prepared with a deep clean and thorough disinfection before every stay, ensuring the safest and most comfortable environment. This modern 5-bedroom home is flooded with natural light and designed to capture the stunning views. The spacious first-floor deck is the perfect spot to unwind, watch the sunset, and take in the beauty of the surroundings.

The open-plan living area features a gourmet kitchen, with a dining table for 12 that effortlessly flows between indoor and outdoor spaces. Step outside to the rear deck, where you can fire up the BBQ, relax in comfort, and enjoy the fresh coastal air. For cozy nights in, curl up by the fire while still soaking in the views.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, ensuite, and ample space. Downstairs, three queen bedrooms and a kids' room with bunk beds and a trundle ensure plenty of space for everyone. The rumpus room, with its own kitchenette and access to a sheltered outdoor deck, provides a perfect retreat for kids or teenagers. The house also features a family bathroom, laundry, and a convenient powder room upstairs.

With off-street parking for 2 cars and extra parking nearby, your stay is both relaxed and convenient.

This property is private holiday home for rental. You will have sole use of the property, ensuring your privacy and quiet enjoyment.

It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner. Note that the property is on tank water, so please be careful with water usage.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

The property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”.

Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
