Super schönes und sauberes Haus! Nur die Lage war mit einer großen Baustelle direkt gegenüber leider eine Enttäuschung für uns, da dies nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben war und vormittags laute Baggerarbeiten stattfanden. Ruhig war das während unseres Urlaubs leider nicht. Sehr schade! Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Leider haben wir im Nachgang keine Antwort mehr von der Vermieterin hierzu erhalten.

The property was updated, very clean, and well appointed in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. The owner is very communicative and helpful. For those travling by public transportation only, as we were, the train station is about 1.3 miles walking distance and is a quick ride into Salzburg. There is a grocery store about 1 mile walking that will have all your needs. There is a pharmacy about .5 miles from the train station. Taxis and Ubers are not easy to get. You can get them from Salzburg to the property but be sure and bring your passport as there is a check point right on the border that your Uber will stop at. Plan ahead if you need a car from the property to Salzburg or other locations. The owner has cards for taxis and we used one to get to Slazburg HBE as we had a few bags. We loved the property and our stay, it was quiet and peaceful to relax in after a day of sightseeing

Résidence parfaite

Pour nous, l’appartement était tout simplement idéal. Spacieux, lumineux et bien aéré, il était décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Son aménagement, à la fois moderne, fonctionnel et plein de charme, nous a tout de suite séduits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreux espaces de rangement, très pratiques pour organiser nos effets personnels et nous sentir rapidement chez nous.Nos hôtes ont été accueillants, disponibles et toujours attentifs tout au long de notre séjour.Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et vous remercions chaleureusement pour votre hospitalité.

This was a very nice home for using as a base for our family. Very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we had a question about the induction stove and needed fans. Very close to Saltzburg and the beautiful Bavarianalps.

Great property just outside Salzburg

My wife and I stayed there with our two adult children. It was perfect that they each had their own bedroom. The location was perfect for touring Salzburg and the Berchtesgaden area. Easy check-in.

Top verblijf! Heel schoon en netjes. Alles aanwezig. Bedden netjes opgemaakt bij aankomst. 1 badkamer met bad en douche. 2 aparte toiletten. Met 5 volwassen is 1 badkamer wel wat weinig maar verder voldoende ruimte! Zeker een verblijf om naar terug te komen!

Wonderful property and host!

Beautiful, modern home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfectly suited for our family of four. Super clean and comfortable. Prompt communication with the hostess who was very accommodating throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Amazing place!

This property was truly amazing! So much space and well set up. The location is perfect for visiting Salzburg and many other areas within an hour drive. Would love to stay here again.

House outside of Salzburg

Fantastic property. Very spacious and very modern in style. About 20min drive to city center. Supermarkets are nearby and also rail station. We did not use the rail from here but went into Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Highly recommend unless you want to be in the city center. Odessa provided good details and getting into the property.

Excellent property

Family of four adults used this location to visit Salzburg during Christmas week. Convenient and short drive to the train station. Grocery store, shops and restaurants close.

Tolles und modernes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist zentral und nur wenige Minuten von Salzburg gelegen, so dass man die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden. Das Haus ist modern und toll eingerichtet. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Vermietern wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub b Vielen Dank.

Fantastic clean home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern clean home. Underfloor heating throughout make sure it was cosy on a cold night. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Highly reccomended.

Great place

Trip was cut short due to snow in mountains canceling tours but the property was very close to town so we were able to enjoy great food and drink. Odessa was very pleasant as well and check in was easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Eine sehr schöne Woche.

Er war sehr schön und sehr Zentral gelegen. Einen keinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich, ein Überdach aus der Terrasse, damit man bei den tropischen Temperaturen auch mal bei leichten Regen draußen sitzen kann. Sonst war alles Top.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille début aout 2024. La maison est spacieuse et tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Très fonctionnelle et agréable pour 6 personnes Le quartier est calme. Salzbourg est proche ainsi que Berchtesgaden. Mais on dépend de la voiture pour tout. Très grand hypermarché à 2 min. Nous recommandons.

Amazing place with easy access to Salzburg

We stayed here for three nights while we toured the area around and visited Salzburg. This house is very classy with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We had three adults and two teenagers and we felt very comfortable. There is a great kitchen, laundry in the basement and a nice patio to sit outside. It was also nice that there were two disconnected bathrooms in addition to a shower room. This gave us options for getting ready in the morning and evenings without being on top of one another. Loved this house!
