⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience
My experience at Hotel Belleview, Ahmedabad, was extremely disappointing. The rooms were much smaller than shown in the online listing. On my first day, I was given a room with a strong water leakage smell. When I complained, the staff said, “Aaj idhar so jao, kal aapko aapka room de denge” (Sleep here today; we will give you your proper room tomorrow).
The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially Mr. Dayalal, who repeatedly asked me for my bike. I had accidentally left my bike key in the parking area, and the receptionist took my motorcycle for a ride, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
I also experienced repeated requests for money and was asked to pay ₹700 for late checkout beside the reception told me i will wake you up dont worry and he did not made any call or rang door bell intentionally so he can ask for more money . Overall, the staff failed to address my concerns professionally, and my stay was unnecessarily stressful.
The experience made me question whether the positive online reviews accurately reflect the guest experience. I cannot verify other reviews, but based on my own experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting clean rooms, professional service, and respectful treatment. The management seriously needs to improve its room conditions, staff behaviour, transparency, and handling of guests' personal belongings.
