「Unfortunately the cleanliness of this house was not up to standard. Presumably it hadn’t been let for awhile as we were greeted with a very musty smell. A lot of the crockery was chipped or cracked - neither of which is acceptable. The stairs didn’t have any bannister so I found them quite difficult to use.
