The location to the many beautiful sights in the Pyrenees, the kind staff, the king-size bed, the yummy breakfast, the well-appointed large room with an incredible corner view of the rivers, and the on-site parking that we were able to get each night (first come, first serve). We’ll be back!"

"Lovely hotel with clean and spacious room. Staff was extremely helpful. My phone stopped working and they hekp me try to fix it and recommended the nearest repair shop. I had to leave very early so they let me into the dining room early to enjoy one of the best and most varied breakfast buffets I have ever had."

"Clean, comfortable room and genuinely lovely staff. They were very patient about our late and delayed check-in, and gave us lots of wonderful details about the area and what to explore. The bathrooms are shared, but there were more than enough — it actually worked out great, since my partner and I could shower at the same time. One of the bathrooms even has a tub. Everything was kept immaculately clean throughout. The room had plenty of places to set things down — good storage, nightstands next to the bed, chairs, and so on. Wi-Fi was solid the whole stay. There's a lovely small balcony that's perfect in the evening, though during the day it gets loud and noisy with traffic. Overall a clean, well-kept spot with standout staff — just be aware of the daytime street noise."

"The AC in the room barely worked. Temperature never went below 24 degree even if it ran all day. Room was hot. The Bathroom of room 420 has a window right next to the shower . People on the street and the next building can see inside, especially at night. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in (among a few hundred) where they need you to wear a swimming cap to enter the pool. never seen that. As a result pool is always empty :("
